| Statement: | I‘ve been employed by the Leeds Teaching Hospitals since April 1990, and have gained a background in Human Resources (5 years being spent at the Yorkshire Deanery). Whilst still working in the medical personnel department at the Deanery, I took on national recruitment ,when the training schools were established - in 2001. I commenced the National Administrators’ role in January 2004, my medical personnel background standing me in good stead! My greatest achievement was in November 2007 when I was awarded the accolade of ‘Friend of the Royal College of Pathologists’ in acknowledgement of my contributions to it’s work and mission. I’m still here 10 years on and still enjoy working closely with the histopathology consultants and trainees. |
